NYC's haut monde gathered for the ninth annual American Hospital of Paris's Inter-national Designer Showcase, where guests feasted their eyes on a freshly designed East 67th Street townhouse. Over 30 of the world's most renowned designers, including Jason Bell, John Landrum Bryant, Charlotte Moss, and Marilyn Katz, invested their creative talent in decorating this 26-room, sprawling private townhouse, provided for the event by owner Janna Bullock, which benefited the hospital.

The celebration continued at The Pierre, where guests enjoyed a gala reception and dinner. There, the Hospital, which has been serving the American and international communities in Paris for over 90 years, honored Stark Carpet's John Stark and renowned interior decorator Albert Hadley for their timeless work in the design industry.

John "Johnny on the Spot" Mahdessian, owner of couture cleaners Madame Paulette, came to the rescue when a glass of red wine spilled on Lucille Roberts' health club founder Bob Roberts' shirt during the dinner. The cleaning whiz whipped out his nifty, portable cleaning kit (that's always readily handy) and removed the stain-on the spot!
