Invited guests gathered at The Pierre for the Citymeals-on-Wheels 24th annual Power Lunch for Women. A-list attendees included Tory Burch, Gail Simmons, Paula Zahn, Donnatella Arpaia, Bobbi Brown, Samantha Boardman, Barbara Taylor Bradford, Sandra Lee, Trish McEvoy, and Rosanna Scotto. Good Morning America news anchor Juju Chang emceed. Citymeals co-founder Gael Greene thanked the hundreds of supporters for helping the organization cross the $1 mil mark - enough to provide 175,000 meals for NY's homebound elderly. Honored for their long-standing commitment to the organiza- tion were Diana Taylor and Kathleen Turner. A silent auction at the lovely lunch featured Bobbi Brown's Ultimate Makeup Lesson, a personal shopping experience at Saks, a weekend at the Plaza, dinner for four at Le Caprice, and other extravagant packages. A few adventurous men - Jeffrey Chodorow, Bill Fischer, and Donald Tober, to name a few - paid a hefty $10k for the privilege of lunching with these fabulous women.
