Stars and musical mavens came out in support of the over-the-top Angel Ball 2010 at Cipriani Wall Street. Renowned for its live shows, the black-tie ball, hosted by Grammy-nominated Denise Rich and her daughters Daniella Rich Kilstock and Ilona Rich Schachter, fulfilled every expectation... and then some!

Guests swayed and shimmied to live performances by Ne-Yo, Patti Labelle, Josh Groban, Sam Moore, and Shontelle, and DJ Cassidy enthralled A-list attendees including Clive Davis, Vera Wang, Ivana Trump, Angela and Jacob “The Jeweler” Arabo, Nikki Haskell, Kim Kardashian, Ethan Zohn, Chris Tucker, Stephen Baldwin, Anthony Kennedy Shriver, Alyssa Miller, Russell Simmons, Coco Rocha, Carmindy, and Rosie Perez. Samantha Harris did a bang-up job as the evening's emcee, and Angel Ambassador Zohn spoke from the heart about surviving cancer. The event honored four courageous individuals for their unwavering commitment in fighting the dreaded disease: U2 lead guitarist The Edge; his choreographer-director-dancer wife, Morleigh Steinberg; CEO Bernd Beetz; and creator of Napster, Sean Parker.

Taking to the dance floor proved to be more of a good deed than an indulgence, since proceeds went to Gabrielle's Angel Foundation for Cancer Research, an organization founded by Denise Rich to commemorate her daughter Gabrielle Rich Aouad, who lost her battle with acute myelogenous leukemia at 27.

Sponsors artist Romero Britto, celebrity jeweler Lorraine Schwartz, Continental Airlines, and Toresco Enterprises helped to raise a whopping $3.7 mil!
