It was a midsummer night’s dream of a soiree! The annual “Midsummer Drinks” benefit for God’s Love We Deliver, hosted by Don Burns and Greg Connors at their fab Southampton waterfront abode, attracted 375 starry-eyed guests—their biggest turnout yet! The event raised over $225,000 for the area’s biggest not-for-profit group, dedicated to providing free meals to those living with HIV/AIDS, cancer, and other life-threatening diseases.

Co-hosts Helen Lee and Tim Schifter, Alan Levin and John Burger, Barbra Locker and Penny Zuckerwise, and Mike Moran and Jeff Gates sampled mouthwatering creations from Taste Caterers alongside: Isaac Mizrahi, Andrew Saffir and Daniel Benedict, Jeff Pfeifle, Bettina Zilkha, Charlotte Moss, Jill Roosevelt, Steven Stolman, and Sylvia Vogelman. The evening’s nightcap: a hot raffle for a bright red Mini Cooper, and goodie bags stashed with designer ties, belts, Estée Lauder perfume, and much more.
