Literati and glitterati traveled to Gardiner Farm for East Hampton Library’s eighth annual Authors Night. Co-founding chairs Alec Baldwin and Barbara Goldsmith joined honorary co-chairs Ken Auletta, Lynn Sherr, David Baldacci, Robert A. Caro, Dick Cavett, and Dava Sobel for the evening, which benefited the library.

At the grand reception, guests mingled with distinguished writers who included Tom Colicchio, Oz Garcia, Peter Kaminsky, Robert Klein, Hilary Knight, Dr. Neil Sadick, Philip Galanes, Jeffrey Lyons, Andrew Ross Sorkin, Lucette Lagnado, Sam Talbot, and Dr. Ruth Westheimer. The novel event celebrated creativity, intellectual curiosity, and the power of the written word.
