Leopard-printed sashes and scarves accented designer dresses inside the verdantly decorated tents at the Southampton Hospital's 47th Annual Summer Party Benefit, "Safari Summer," held in Southampton. The jungle-like atmosphere was replete with mosquito nets and orchids that set a far-away tone for the evening's festivities. Live! With Regis and Kelly Co-host Kelly Ripa emceed the gala and designer Vera Wang was this year's honorary chair. Guests enjoyed dinner and a remarkable silent auction, which included an excursion to Africa, where bidders had the opportunity to golf at Durban in South Africa and lodge at Peter Beard's legendary Hog Ranch in Kenya.

Those in the safari-themed mix: Benefit Chairs Sheila O'Malley Fuchs and Cindy Willis, Mark Consuelos, Laura Slatkin, Madame Paulette's John Mahdessian, Dr. Neil Sadick, Jimmy Nederlander Jr. and Margo MacNabb, Tolly Travis, Marty Richards, and Robert Zimmerman.

The evening raised $1.5 mil for the Hospital's Department of Emergency Medicine.
