Kim Garfunkel, Marty Richards

Society stepped into its scruffy bowling shoes and groovy 70’s duds to support The Children’s Advocacy Center’s “Bowling Ball” to benefit victims of child abuse. Michele Herbert, Denise Rich, Kim Garfunkel, and Somers and Jonathan Farkas strutted their stuff on the bowling lanes—while Marty Richards, a most generous founder of the Center, was on hand to welcome his Bowling Ball co-chairs: Lyn Paulsin (sister of Georgette Mosbacher—another of the founders), Jewell Jackson McCabe, Katie Jacobs Robinson, and Lauren Vanoni Vernon. Among the handful of high-end gifts raffled off throughout the evening were a watch from Gucci, and a bag from Prada.

Who knew bowling could be chic?
