Bay Street Theatre’s Summer Gala Benefit lit up the Long Wharf in Sag Harbor, treating guests to a celebration of the ‘60s from start to finish and providing a “groovy” good time for all! The evening’s entertainment was truly a flashback, complete with go-go dancers, a Janis Joplin tribute, a medley from Hair, and a performance by the one and only Lesley Gore, who sang her smash hits to a crowd—including Kate Burton, Rob Florio, Stanley Zareff, Jerry and Adrienne Cohen, Candace and Pat Malloy, Donna and Dick Soloway, Anne Jackson and Eli Wallach, Colleen and Steve Levy, Marty Richards, Sybil Christo­pher, Tina Louise, and Vickie Lawrence—that cheered and sang along.
