The Alexander Soros Foundation held its first fundraising event,
Unmasked, at Fairview Farm in Bridgehampton to benefit Global Witness.
The 26-year-old ASF director, Alexander Soros, paired up with co-host and
filmmaker Edward Zwick to assemble a modern masquerade including dinner,
dancing, and entertainment by MC Hammer.
Billionaire George Soros might have
to invest in parachute pants after his
son's event; the billionaire boogied down
and enjoyed some serious "Hammer
time." Other guests discerned behind
their scarlet masks included William
Zabel, Johan Lindeberg, Larry Robbins,
Mary Clemente, Stylianos Zavvos, Haley
Sebag, Waris Ahluwalia, Ivan Wilzig and
Mina Otsuka, Chantal Bolivar, Bennett
Freeman, Najah Wakil, and Girls' Alex
Karpovsky.
This evening unmasked the
nature of Hamptons parties: There's
nothing better than good fun for a
good cause.
