Oceana made its debut into the Hamptons for an annual celebration of ocean conservation. Guests gathered in Water Mill at the magnificent waterfront home of actress Lois Robbins and her husband Andrew Zaro for the Splash-themed party. The event featured a cocktail reception, a presentation of the evening’s purpose, a buffet dinner, and an exclusive solo acoustic performance by Jackson Browne.

Hosts included Sue Cohn Rockefeller (who created the beautiful jewelry specifically for the event which was sold to raise money for the cause), Sam Waterston, Lois Robbins, and Dianna Cohen along with prominent guests including Vera Wang, Sandi and Andrew Farkas, Bonnie and Senator Frank Lautenberg, Tom Florio, Lizzie and John Tisch, Tami and Fred Mack, Julie and William Macklowe, Charlie and Lauran Walk, and Keith Powell (30 Rock).

“Our precious marine resources are being squandered and it’s time for us to take a stand,” stated Robbins. Proceeds from the glam event benefited Oceana whose mission is to aid in ocean conservation.
