The screening of Angela Ismailos’ film, Great Directors, showed in Sag Harbor at the Sag Harbor Cinema. This documentary is a celebration of films and filmmaking, starring the world’s most acclaimed, provocative, and indi­vidualistic living directors such as David Lynch, Stephen Frears, Bernardo Bertolucci, Agnes Varda, Ken Loach, Liliana Cavani, Todd Haynes, Catherine Breillat, Richard Linklater, and John Sayles. Guests, including Judith and Rudy Giuliani, Jimmy Buffet, Donna Karan, Sandy Brant, Ingrid Sischy, Jay McInerney, Beth Ruden DeWoody, Steven Klein, and Antoine Verglas thoroughly enjoyed the film which was followed by a fabulous dinner at the New Paradise Café.
