John Cusack, Kate Beckinsale, Molly Shannon, John Corbett, Eugene Levy, and Bridget Moynahan celebrated the premiere of Serendipity presented by Revlon’s “Absolutely Fabulous” fragrance —the first movie premiere held after September 11. The romantic comedy about a Manhattan love affair is a crowd-pleaser, though the flick’s biggest star may be the city itself, which roused cheers and applause from the audience, who seemed grateful to get back into human mode … with laughter! Cusack told The Sheet, “I love making movies in New York and about New York. It’s a great town.” At the Central Park Boathouse after-party, Cusack was full of intense energy and Shawn Colvin wowed the crowd with her hit “When You Know” from the movie’s soundtrack.
